Brian Allen
Brian Allen
 
Brian has 18 years of experience serving in Controller and CFO positions with both public and private retail and consumer product manufacturing companies. During his career he has had direct responsibility for the finance, treasury, information technology, real estate and investor relations functions.
 
Prior to joining CTG, Mr. Allen worked as an independent consultant involved with assisting investors on various acquisitions providing due diligence, management assessment and financial modeling.
 
Mr. Allen has an accounting degree from Oregon state university and is a licensed CPA.

Alan Minker
Alan Minker
 
Mr. Minker has 25 years of financial and operations experience in retail, wholesale and franchise companies. Prior to joining Clear Thinking Group, he held CFO and/or CAO positions over the last 10 years at both private and public companies, including the Body Shop, Inc. Frank's Nursery and Crafts, Inc. and Rainbow Shops.
 
Mr. Minker's experience includes direct responsibility for Finance, Treasury, Control, Real Estate, Legal, Risk Management, Human Resources, information Technology, Distribution / Logistics, Purchasing, Lease Administration, Loss Prevention, and Investor Relations. He has had financial and administrative responsibility for a variety of business strategies including high growth, turnarounds and joint ventures during his career.
 
Mr. Minker has an accounting degree from Widener University and is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and North Carolina.

Dorene Robotti
 
As leader of the firm’s Creditor Rights practice, Ms. Robotti manages the practice’s pre- and post-confirmation engagements. She has sat on numerous creditor committees and brings over 25 years of experience in corporate, labor and bankruptcy law to her position, including 16 as Vice President, Legal and Chief Labor Counsel for Ames Department Stores. She has also served as General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Offi cer for several start-up companies.

Ms. Robotti is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, the Connecticut Bar Association and is on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Turnaround Management Association.

Her experience in running all aspects of a variety of businesses as a corporate executive enables the Creditor Rights practice to provide practical and economical solutions for each engagement.
